Mission
To educate girls, adolescents, and young women living in social vulnerability, valuing Popular Culture and strengthening Family Support, Youth Leadership, professional training, and citizenship toward a fair and supportive society.
For more than three decades, we have welcomed and protected girls in vulnerable situations, providing education and learning opportunities for a dignified future.
Casa Menina Mulher was born from the dream of creating a place where girls facing social vulnerability could find dignity and the chance to build a future with more opportunities.

To educate girls, adolescents, and young women living in social vulnerability, valuing Popular Culture and strengthening Family Support, Youth Leadership, professional training, and citizenship toward a fair and supportive society.
To be an organization recognized for its social work, leadership, excellence, innovation, and social impact, grounded in principles and values that reflect its commitment to the people it serves.
Transparency, excellence, social responsibility, ethics, respect, critical thinking, clarity, integrity, justice, family, commitment, humanization, and credibility.
Children and adolescents receive individualized attention.
We work to prevent violence against children and adolescents.
We invest in educational development as a driver of social transformation.
We build a support network that involves families, volunteers, and partners.
Our work is guided by our Safeguarding Policy, the Recife Municipal Plan, and Brazil's Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA).
We adopt clear guidelines to prevent risks, protect children and adolescents, and direct the institutional response in situations of concern.
Aligned with Recife's Municipal Plan (2024-2034), overseen by COMDICA, we strengthen cross-sector prevention, protection, and response actions against violence and sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
Casa Menina Mulher works strategically and is committed to the UN 2030 Agenda, directly contributing to progress on the SDGs in contexts of high social vulnerability.
We promote comprehensive care and emotional well-being for children and adolescents, especially those affected by violence.
We work directly to address sexual and gender-based violence, still an alarming reality in Brazil, with thousands of cases reported every year (SINAN and Disque 100).
Our work also advances SDG 11 by strengthening protection networks and safe community life across local territories.
We promote human rights and systematic responses to violence against children and adolescents.
We build partnerships with civil society organizations, public authorities, and international bodies, expanding impact and extending the reach of our actions.
